Teams, players and attendance
Manage multiple teams in one coach workspace. Keep squad details, shirt numbers, positions, photos and guardian contacts together. Plan fixtures, training and other events, invite players and record attendance, including guest attendees.
Player history brings together attendance and team-specific or combined statistics. Genuine non-selection is excluded from match attendance calculations. Authorised coaches can also maintain medical and emergency information, kept out of player-only views and normal reports.
Matchday, from line-up to final whistle
Prepare starters, substitutes, captain, positions and formations for 5, 7, 9 or 11-a-side football. Choose a preset formation or create and save your own. Start and pause the clock, then record goals, assists, saves, substitutions and position changes as they happen.
A chronological timeline shows how each player took part and calculates playing time, including zero minutes for unused substitutes. Review the score, minutes, comments and awards before confirming the match. Halves, quarters, extra time and penalties are supported where applicable.
Player development and family reports
Bring appearances, playing time, goals, assists, goalkeeper records, attendance and awards into player profiles. Add coaching observations, strengths and a practical focus for development.
Create editable monthly parent-ready reports with coach feedback, attendance, performance, strengths for the month and focus for the next four weeks. Print or save reports as PDFs. Season views and archived records help coaches follow progress over time.
Football IQ
Give players a structured football learning pathway with 90 levels, scenario-based decisions, progression assessments and a weekly challenge that refreshes on Monday.
Track points, progress and time, recognise monthly achievements and help players practise decisions beyond training. Questions are informed by FA coaching guidance. When enabled by a coach, restricted player access opens Football IQ without opening the full coach workspace.
Playboard
Plan and demonstrate tactical ideas using players, opposition markers, a ball and cones. Draw movement and passing actions, divide a play into stages and add coaching notes.
Adapt guided examples based on England Football coaching principles or create and save your own plays within your coach workspace, ready to use again with the team.
Communication and offline preparation
Prepare event messages and match reports for a coach to review and share through WhatsApp. Create child-conscious social text that omits scores, minutes, full names and detailed player statistics.
Prepare a match or register before travelling so you can record activity when connectivity is weak or unavailable. Pending work syncs when the connection returns, with conflicting copies surfaced for review. Messages are reviewed and sent manually by the coach.

Roles and access
The right workspace for each role.
Global Admin manages coach approvals, global settings and season archive/reset controls. Approved coaches work within their own team workspace, which can contain several teams. Players use the restricted Football IQ experience when enabled by their coach.
